Light a Candle
Celeste Elizabeth Vertrees passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday evening, April 22nd, in Phoenix, Arizona.
Born, January 21, 1946 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she is survived by her devoted husband, John Sinclair Vertrees; her children, John Randall Bennett (Donna), Virginia Celeste Bennett, and Debra Elizabeth Bennett (David), two granddaughters, Elizabeth Grace and Charlotte Rose and her Sister, Kathleen Harrison Bleznak (Alan). She was loved by all who knew her. Celeste, a graduate of Mount Saint Joseph Academy in Flourtown, Pennsylvania was a trained and experienced dancer and model. In her young life, Celeste was offered an audition for the Rockettes in New York City.
